实习生成长导航平台 — 基于 AI 的实习生/导师/HR 三方协作系统。本项目为“腾讯青科实训营课题作品”，由我独立设计并开发，基于真实企业实习生管理场景需求，使用 Workbuddy/Codex 辅助编码完成。负责产品需求分析、系统架构设计、AI 功能 Prompt 工程及25轮迭代优化。
