Self-contained GF(2) verification code for "Native CCZ Gates in qLDPC Codes: A Parity Criterion and a Depth-Distance Barrier." Recomputes every claim in the paper: the stability criterion, the unique diagonal CCZ synthesis, the L >= Delta >= 3p >= d depth-distance barrier, and worked negative and positive CSS/qLDPC examples.
