Native Lenovo battery charge-threshold controller in pure x64 MASM assembly. One 20 KiB executable provides identical CLI and Win32 GUI paths, writes Lenovo PWRMGRV configuration and applies changes directly through IBMPmDrv IOCTLs. No CRT, .NET, Vantage service or Lenovo user-mode DLL dependency; Lenovo PM kernel driver required.
