Previously it would treat those links like course new threads, and next/prev through those. Now it caches the actual list from the home page. The downside is that's limited to 10 posts per course, so it won't actually walk through everything new. May revert and switch back to coursenew behavior
so upload handler can accept posts from both regular pages and question pages
