Promote the reviewed current-state advisor SQL planner, read-only Drive inventory, toolchain protocol fix and external evidence index from #2876 through the protected release path. The advisor apply SQL always performs and rolls back a real rehearsal before its final mutation; original migration statements and historical G037 contracts remain unchanged.
The source tree carries evidence locators without asserting hosted, merge or deployment outcomes. Keep the producer write freeze and exact production-SHA deployment gate active. This promotion performs no DB apply, Drive write, legal-gate closure or production deployment. Validation remains bound to the exact head and current merge preview.
The Drive inventory includes #2879 corrections: a bounded immutable Git fixture preserves all historical identities; invalid dispatches fail before credentials and retain a fixed summary. The minimized-data directory and current candidate blob hashes are registered in the layout/reconciliation contracts. Inventory and layout/rename tests pass, and the source changes received an independent review.
