Document the Ubuntu-compatible bootstrap (Node 26.5, LFS pull, npm ci, 7z DMG→asar hydrate) so Cloud Agents can run the same gates as the CI check job without macOS packaging tools. Co-authored-by: tyonger-stack <tyonger-stack@users.noreply.github.com>
