uwo-fast/.github

Special repository for the Free Appropriate Sustainable Technology (FAST) Research Group organization. It serves two purposes:

1. Organization profile — profile/README.md renders on the public org landing page at https://github.com/uwo-fast, with per-area overviews:

   • Solar-PV
   • Frugal-Biomed
   • Resilient-Alternative-Food
   • Scientific-Equipment-Instrumentation

2. Org-wide defaults — community-health files here are inherited by any repo in the org that doesn't define its own: CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SECURITY.md, SUPPORT.md, issue/PR templates under .github/, and shared branding/ assets.

Also here: LICENSING.md, the organization licensing policy. Unlike the files above it is a policy document, not one GitHub inherits automatically, so repositories link to it rather than receiving it.
