  • Document OpenShift 4.22 as supported and add a component support matrix covering 4.20 - 4.22.
  • Remove pinned operator channels for ODF, Quay, and RHTAS so subscriptions follow the default catalog channel on newer OCP releases.
  • Fix supply-chain cosign tasks for cosign 2.x by dropping explicit Fulcio/Rekor CLI flags and duplicate COSIGN_*/SIGSTORE_* env vars that conflict with the signing config created by cosign initialize.

Document OCP 4.22 as supported, add a support matrix, and drop pinned
operator channels so ODF, Quay, and RHTAS follow the catalog default.
Also remove explicit Fulcio/Rekor flags and duplicate cosign env vars
from supply-chain tasks. Cosign 2.x uses the signing config from
`cosign initialize` and rejects those overrides.

Fully tested at OCP 4.22.6. Works fine. No issues.
