Summary

• consume the approved minor changeset for the Path network foundation
• bump @vectojs/brings-core from 0.14.0 to 0.15.0
• publish the main-branch Path commit in the generated changelog entry

Verification

• bun run verify
• Tests cover the documented behavior.
• No browser, DOM, Canvas, or VectoJS dependency entered Core.

The release candidate passes 173 tests, TypeScript, Oxlint, Prettier, CJS/ESM and declaration builds, package-export verification, and npm pack --dry-run as version 0.15.0.
