Broadcast connection queue drain notifications so concurrent stream flushes all return. Preserve waiting while flow control blocks queued bytes or FIN markers.
Reject reflected local nonces and propagate receive cancellation. Keep answering probe retries for two maximum retry intervals after validation; the default finishing window is two seconds. Bound candidate priorities to 31 bits and widen the STUN ignored packet counter so maximum configurations cannot overflow. Cover lost ACKs, cancellation, reflection and numeric boundaries.
