Capture authored source anchors for each installed primary and secondary view, including embedded baselines under automation. Keep root/import paths and hashes tied to their fragment, and retain owned source bytes across failed reloads so the last-good tree stays valid.
Keep resolver namespaces in the provenance file key so relative root stamps cannot alias fragment disk stamps with identical contents. Exercise the CLI's shared response-to-disk pipeline in runtime regressions, including wrong-file writes, invalid edits, and stale-hash refusal.
