Auto-opened by release-on-merge.yml after publishing clawmetry==0.12.849 to PyPI (run 34405478784).

This PR only syncs __version__ in dashboard.py with what is already live on PyPI. Safe to squash-merge as-is.

Superseded by #5792, which bumps to 0.12.854 — the version PyPI actually serves right now. Every one of these PRs edits the same single line of dashboard.py, so the lower targets are strictly dominated: merging this one would set __version__ to a release six behind the index.

Closing it also stops it consuming the Actions queue. These are opened with [skip ci], so the checks branch protection requires never run and the PR can never leave BLOCKED — but queue-priority.yml's requeue cron keeps re-running them, and seven stale bump branches were holding ~66 queued runs, delaying real releases. Reopen if a bump to this specific version is ever wanted.
