Drop the com.vogella.ide.editor.asciidoc bundle, the com.vogella.lsp.asciidoc client, server and test bundles, the lsp aggregator and the Minimal Asciidoc Editor category of the update site, together with their mentions in AGENTS.md, AsciidocSupport.adoc and the pomless aggregator notes.

Removes the Asciidoc examples from this repository: the com.vogella.ide.editor.asciidoc Generic Editor bundle, the com.vogella.lsp.asciidoc client, server and test bundles with their lsp aggregator, and the Minimal Asciidoc Editor category of the update site. AGENTS.md, AsciidocSupport.adoc and the pomless aggregator notes no longer refer to them. The lsp4e entry in the target platform is left in place, it does not hurt and can go with a later target update.
