docs: rewrite README as honest Team Engineering comparison - #23

Conversation
Replace SubAgent DAG marketing with what v2 actually ships: a department tree, Discuss/Assign, and the session mount forest. Compare Codex / Claude Code / Cursor without hype, and list verified gaps including LSP and Git. Co-authored-by: Suddenness <wangyuahn@users.noreply.github.com>

Please review, Bob. This is a documentation rewrite only: what Nori is now (Team Engineering), how that compares to Codex / Claude Code / Cursor, and what we still lack.
Primary reading:
Related Issue
No GitHub issue. Suddenness asked to rewrite the docs so a comparison with Codex, Claude Code, and similar tools is fair, Team Engineering is described as it exists in code, and unfinished surfaces (especially LSP and Git) are not sold as finished.
Problem
The root README still marketed SubAgent DAG orchestration and treated Team as an add-on.
CHANGELOG.mdv2.0.0-pre.0already removed the temporarySubAgentpath. VitePress landing copy still said SubAgent and Team coexist. Anyone comparing Nori to Codex or Claude Code would get a product that is not in the tree. What changed
README.mdandREADME.zh-CN.mdin Bob's three-part structure: (1) what Nori is now — mount forest + Discuss/Assign, not the deleted SubAgent DAG; (2) comparison vs Codex / Claude Code, with a short Cursor column; (3) honest gaps, including LSP and Git as a rough shell (毛坯房), plus items verified in code (TUI test debt, dual-write hire, Kimi naming leftovers, Map peer/service edges in localStorage only, nori.yamlnot a DAG scheduler, filesystem sandbox planned, docs lag).CHANGELOG.mdv2.0.0-pre.0andpackages/agent-coreTeam/session-mount code. Did not resurrect SubAgent DAG marketing.CHANGELOG.mdso older SubAgent/DAG sections read as historical./subagentrows) or added banners pointing at the README. Did not rewrite the whole site;docs/en/customization/agents.mdis explicitly marked stale. No runtime or test changes. Docs-only: no changeset.
