Switches the license from Apache-2.0 to MIT.

  • LICENSE is the standard MIT text, copyright 2026 Yangze Luo; GitHub detects it as MIT.
  • NOTICE is removed. It was Apache's attribution file, and CI no longer requires it.
  • The license field in plugin.json and marketplace.json, the README badge and License section, and the contribution terms in CONTRIBUTING.md all say MIT.
  • CHANGELOG notes it under Unreleased. Installed copies pick up the new manifest with the next release.

Every commit so far has one author, so relicensing needs no one else's agreement.

MIT in place of Apache-2.0: the same freedom to use, change and ship
taskcut, with one condition left -- keep the copyright and license notice.
NOTICE was Apache's attribution file and goes with it.

Every commit so far has one author, so the change needs no one else's
agreement.
