Originally resolved to `https://github.com/webpack/eslint-loader`, however a 404 is thrown now. After some digging [found this page](https://webpack.js.org/loaders/eslint-loader/). The official Docs point to this url `https://github.com/webpack-contrib/sass-loader`.
