feat(application): unify sc-SVC modes and templates

Summary

• Unify public Application requests as sp-SVC and sc-SVC with explicit cluster or sr mode, while preserving Benchmark sc_svc_sr compatibility.
• Replace three Xenium templates with one Xenium.yaml; --select-ct normalizes the selected type and derives a per-cell-type output directory.
• Rename the Application Visium SR notebook/page/output to current sc-SVC terminology and reorganize README/ReadTheDocs around an installed-package first run.
• Merge the current main release/OIDC safeguards without changing release triggers, package version, PyPI, or ReadTheDocs stable.

Validation

• 355 passed — Application/config/publication and H5AD preflight contracts.
• 44 passed — documentation, notebook content, and repository-layout contracts after merging main.
• 30 passed — final documentation and notebook contracts after the Sphinx link fix.
• sphinx -W --keep-going -b html docs /private/tmp/revise-docs-gate — passed (26 pages).
• Clean-source wheel/sdist content and installation contracts passed; installed package resource copy and Mono/Macro output-directory probe passed.
• Local installed-console --help remains unverified because this host aborts during Torch/OpenMP shared-memory initialization (OMP Error #179); the required installed-cli GitHub job is the merge authority.

Scope boundaries

• No real-data reconstruction, notebook execution, Zenodo verification, biological validation, PyPI publication, version update, or ReadTheDocs stable update.

No additional operational monitoring required: this is a package/interface and documentation delivery with no running service deployment. Before merge, require green test, package, installed-cli, docs, and tacco-smoke jobs. After merge, verify the main SHA, then confirm ReadTheDocs latest builds that SHA and exposes Quick Start, Application Reference, Gallery order, and the renamed Visium page. Roll back by reverting this PR if the package or documentation publication checks fail.
