feat: add round picker to game header

[wyne]

Summary

• group the previous and next round controls into one platform-styled header capsule
• open a native round menu from the center label so distant rounds can be selected directly
• show the active round in the menu and preserve haptic, analytics, and accessibility behavior

Validation

• npm test -- --runInBand (45 suites, 451 tests)
• npm run lint (passes with existing warnings)
• visually reviewed on Android and iOS simulators
