Outcome
Selects a digest-pinned Docker Desktop/WSL2 Phase-B backend and freezes the 30-patch R7 sampling/analysis protocol before any compiler outcome is inspected.
Windows evidence
A real disposable probe verified network-none, read-only root, zero undeclared mounts, read-only unchanged oracle, memory/CPU/PID limits, dropped capabilities, no-new-privileges, container-tree kill, and exact removal.
Boundary
This PR does not implement SandboxRunner, collect corpus patches, execute arbitrary code, or claim R7 success. Host execution remains forbidden.
