GET /v1/submissions/{id} が入った (問題の編集トークンで、その問題への提出を
読める。またはサイトサポーターの API キー) ので、提出後は judging 分類を
抜けるまでポーリングし、結果とかかった時間を表示する。--no-wait で従来どおり
提出だけして終われる。
問題 13954 で実測済み: 提出 → 「ジャッジを待っています...」 → 「結果: AC
(90 ms)」まで表示され、原状復帰した。

GET /v1/submissions/{id}が追加された (問題の編集トークンで、その問題への提出を読める。またはサイトサポーターのアカウント API キー) ので、yuki-tool submitは提出後にジャッジの結果まで待って表示します。/v1/statusesの judging 分類を抜けたかどうか (ステータスの列挙は持たない)--no-waitで従来どおり提出だけして終われます実測 (問題 13954、原状復帰済み)
