  • 👀 I’m interested in structural biology, molecular dynamics, deep learning, machine learning, quantum computing, bioinformatics, and computational biology.
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning the semantic segmentation on protein surfaces at protein-ligand binding sites.
  • 🌱 I'm also an open-source software contributor (on MDAnalysis, ProLIF).
