Ports the locked Meeting dest from cursor/exp-projects-l-meeting-b850 (#221): Title|Date on one line with write-in rules on the label baseline; no Attendees; full-width Agenda (4) then Notes (flex) then Action items (3). Dest craft unchanged by this nit.

Thesis A — dense dated roster

Compact linked list. [meetings] index_rows (12–20, default 16). Each row:

• Left stub — hairline slot mark 01…16 (Projects L spirit)
• Date cue — muted Date label + short write-in rule
• Title write-in — long rule on the same baseline

Header slab is Meetings + year. Liberation, hairlines, parch.tracks, fpdf2.
