Thesis D — mini cover grid

Index is a 2×3 grid of mini covers (optional [meetings] covers 4–12). Each cover is a light hairline frame with a Title write-in rule and a shorter Date cue — a thumbnail of the dest head, not a roster row or a ticket stub. The whole cover links to a locked Meeting dest.

Dests are the #221 template: Title|Date on one line, no Attendees, Agenda (4) → Notes (flex) → Action items (3).

Nav and links

1. Bottom strip is Year · Quar · Mon · Habit · Proj · Meet · Week · Day · Notes. Meet always lands on meetings-index-{year}-01.
2. Index dests meeting-{year}-01 … (index_pages × covers).
3. Each dest header chip (slot number) and the Meet tab return to the owning index page.
