Thesis A — dense week roster

Compact linked list of ISO weeks that touch a pressed month. [tasks] index_rows (12–20, default 16). Each row:

• Left stub — hairline week mark W01…W53 (Meeting A spirit)
• Date-range cue — printed short range (29 Dec–4 Jan), not a write-in
• Title write-in — long rule on the same baseline

Header slab is Tasks + year. Liberation, hairlines, Focus ticks, lined notes, parch.tracks, fpdf2.

A full year is 53 weeks, so the roster paginates: page 1 is tasks-index-{year}; later sheets are tasks-index-{year}-02…. January-only presses stay on one index page.
