DO NOT MERGE: Tasks dest unlabeled ⅔ checklist (#207)

DO NOT MERGE. Exploratory side PR off greenfield tip (cursor/greenfield-nomad-mvp-3c7f / #207).

Weekly Tasks dest (paint_task):

• Drop the redundant Tasks caption on the checklist (page header/chrome already says Tasks). Unlabeled ticks.
• Seat the checklist at ≈ 2/3 of the well minus TASK_GAP. Fitted tick count is the source of truth (TICK / FOCUS_PITCH + unlabeled pads). toml [tasks] rows stays a floor only; the old 4–8 clamp is bypassed when fit exceeds it.
• Notes stay labeled and take the leftover ≈1/3.
• Index C month bands unchanged.

Nomad fit

Fitted rows	17 (was 6)
Checklist	81.4 mm — 63.1% of well / 64.3% of well−gap
Notes	45.1 mm — 34.9% of well / 35.7% of well−gap
Slack vs ⅔ target	2.9 mm (< one FOCUS_PITCH)
