Superseded by internal PR #51, which carries the same FFmpeg shared-library supply-chain fix on current upstream base
9be10e12d0f04655f2f134718b00679f89b2b15fand has successful current-base CI. PR #51 pins the same dated BtbN FFmpeg 9.0 LGPL shared asset and official SHA-256, preserves Windows x64 behavior, and passes restore/build/full tests on the first run. This draft is retained only as historical evidence and must not be merged.
