README 와 Swagger 문서가 MIT 라이선스라고 밝히면서 정작 LICENSE 파일이 없었다. 파일이 없으면 법적으로는 "모든 권리 보유" 여서, 받아 본 사람이 쓸 수 있는지 알 수 없다. - LICENSE: MIT 전문, Copyright (c) 2025-2026 CareCode (연도는 첫 커밋 2025-07 기준) - README 라이선스 절: MIT 는 소스 코드에 적용되고 외부 데이터(공공데이터, WHO 성장 표준)는 각 제공처 조건을 따른다는 구분을 명시
