fix: make stateless members static and internalize app-only types (CA1822, CA1515) - #158

The TargetFrameworkVersion (Android API level 35) is higher than the targetSdkVersion (34). Please increase the `android:targetSdkVersion` in the `AndroidManifest.xml` so that the API levels match.
