perf: lightweight performance fixes (CA1859, CA1869, CA1308, CA2012, CA1819, CA5392) - #160

The TargetFrameworkVersion (Android API level 35) is higher than the targetSdkVersion (34). Please increase the `android:targetSdkVersion` in the `AndroidManifest.xml` so that the API levels match.
