…bump Function.synchronous dropped, Function.parameters / KindValue::Unit added (comline-core #46), throws is now Vec<u16> (comline-core #47). Neither is read by the active generator (it matches Function with .. and doesn't handle throws/errors yet); only the test fixture needed updating.
