The published release is v1.0.0, but the package and citation metadata still identify rc2 and the documentation lacks a versioned release citation.
The published v1.0.0 tag stays at d3729b4. Scientific content, code behavior, figures, and frozen data are unchanged.
Validation: 39 tests passed; the scientific report is unchanged; repository inventory, links, all 51 frozen checksums, version/date parsing, and published-tag checks passed. Independent documentation review found no needed corrections.
