Relicenses nomploy as a whole to AGPL-3.0, while correctly preserving the Apache-2.0 grant for the code derived from Dokploy.

  • LICENSE → GNU AGPL-3.0 (project as a whole + all nomploy modifications)
  • LICENSE-APACHE → verbatim Apache-2.0 for Dokploy-derived portions (grant + notices retained per Apache §4); old LICENSE.MD removed
  • NOTICE → updated to reflect AGPL whole + retained Apache-2.0
  • LICENSING.md → explains the dual structure (Apache→AGPL is one-way compatible) + commercial-licensing option
  • CLA.md → contributor agreement enabling future dual/commercial licensing
  • package.json license → AGPL-3.0-only; README updated

No per-file headers are required — the repo-level license files govern the whole tree.

- LICENSE: GNU AGPL-3.0 (project as a whole + all nomploy changes).
- LICENSE-APACHE: verbatim Apache-2.0 for the Dokploy-derived portions, whose
  grant and notices are preserved (Apache §4). Removes old LICENSE.MD.
- NOTICE: documents the AGPL whole + retained Apache-2.0 for upstream code.
- LICENSING.md: explains how the two licenses fit (Apache→AGPL is one-way
  compatible) and the commercial-licensing option.
- CLA.md: contributor agreement so contributions can be dual-licensed later
  (keeps a future commercial-license option open).
- package.json license -> AGPL-3.0-only; README license section updated.
