release: BLU 8.0.6 with RGX event-lifecycle fix

Release recovery for Retail 12.1.0.

• bump BLU to v8.0.6
• update Retail Interface to 120100
• document RGX-Framework 2.7.2 as the required fixed framework baseline
• preserve the 8.0.4/8.0.5 restricted-aura and Delve fixes

RGX-Framework PR #8 has already merged with green Lua 5.1 event-lifecycle, aura, timer, schema, six-flavor, package, docs, wiki, and RGX-Hello E2E gates.
