Promote the reviewed G037 read-only transaction correction from protected develop to data after PR #2865 merged at
ac849063ae0f36f0df80e0c579065ad660605677.The controller starts its repeatable-read snapshot before role admission, fixing the PostgreSQL 25001 failure reproduced from the failed hosted probe. Real PostgreSQL regression tests passed in Linux CI; historical approval records remain immutable and are checked against their protected reviewed Git source separately from the current correction.
The preceding PR had 28 successful effective checks and one intentional skip, no unresolved reviews, and normal protected-merge readback. This promotion retains branch protection and the active write freeze. No production deployment or hosted mutation is included; one corrected read-only probe requires fresh exact-main authorization after the subsequent main promotion.
Windows Bun CI initially failed before retaining any sample (
RSS_SAMPLER_NATIVE_ROOT_UNOBSERVED). Its failure artifact was preserved. One same-source job retry produced complete raw evidence and a report that passed the official independent validator; source and absolute/relative/noise budgets were unchanged. This is compiler-cohort evidence only and establishes no G003 application improvement.
